About DealFinder by Cottontail

DealFinder by Cottontail is a price-lookup service built for AI assistants. When someone asks an assistant where to buy a specific product, the assistant can call DealFinder by Cottontail, which returns current prices from several sellers, ranked by total price, with a link to each.

Shopping with an AI assistant ends the same way every time: it names a product, and you still have to go find out who sells it and what it costs today. DealFinder by Cottontail is that last step, built to be asked by software — any product, any category, lowest total price first.

How we make money

Some of the links we return carry an affiliate code. When a purchase is made through one, the seller or its affiliate network pays us a commission. The price you pay is the same either way. Ranking is by price only — a seller that pays us nothing is ranked exactly like one that does, and this is enforced in our code and covered by tests.

What we don't do

• We never replace an affiliate link that already belongs to someone else.
• We never execute a purchase, hold payment details, or touch a cart.
• We never read the conversation. We receive only the product name or link the assistant sends.
